Pull data from PBX to do reporting

Hi guys,

Is there any function that I can pull data from PBX? The purpose to do this is to complete report creation. I want to do create report on every incoming and outgoing call.

There is no function in TAPI to do that - if the TSP supports the functionality it would be considered a device-specific extension.  You will need to contact the manufacturer of the service provider driver to determine if they provided a mechanism to pull PBX call logs.  Alternatively, you could write a program that uses TAPI and opens every available line in monitor mode - watching all inbound/outbound traffic and log it yourself.  That program would obviously have to be running 24x7 to capture the traffic.  There is a sample on www.julmar.com (look for monitor sample) which displays call traffic, you could extend it to log it to a file as well, but it wouldn't be hard just to write the program from scratch honestly.
