ACD Group

Is there anyway to get the ACD group from the CallStateChanged or any others event?

Unfortunately, ACD group information was never part of the call data - some TSPs provided device specific ways to get to the data, but it's not in the specification so there's no standard way to manage it. Instead you'd have to track it yourself (there's a separate set of messages), see:

Note the above messages require the TSP to have an Agent proxy component.
