Hi I'm Sercan,

I'm really newbie at TAPI and ATAPI and i'm working on a ASP.NET project which needs a call monitor from Caller ID which is connected to Phone... http://julmar.com/blog/mark/?p=78 I followed instructions on here but didn't work properly..

My application works on a Windows Server 2008 but i need to read calls from every connected client.. How can i do it.

Thanks in advance.

You can't. TAPI only supports 1st party telephony by default - you must be running on the machine where the phones are connected. If you want to control it from a server then you need a 3rd party provider from your hardware vendor which consolidates the devices to a single machine. The API is exactly the same (because from the client perspective, it's ALWAYS directly connected).

See this link for more info:

Bottom line is that it must be a supported scenario for your hardware and if each client computer has it's own phone device (and your program works there but only sees one device) then it's likely not available for you. But check with the hardware vendor to be certain.
